BarreFusion is a full-body workout that focuses on precise movements to tone and strengthen muscles, followed by stretching exercises to make muscles lean and long. This high-energy, fat-burning class is an engaging, vigorous workout designed to target areas that women traditionally find problematic: thighs, seat, abs, and arms.

Fusing Pilates, yoga, the Lotte Berk Method, and weight  lifting, BarreFusion produces a toned, flexible, healthy body and a clear mind. This is the fastest, safest, most effective way to change your body—you’ll see the changes you’ve been looking for.

A bit about Stephanie:
I’ve been teaching fitness for more than 15 years, beginning with advanced training in Stott Pilates. My focus is always on having a blast and making sure we stay tuned in to what our bodies need — alignment, body mechanics, and injury prevention are top of mind, every minute of every class. No matter what your level, you’ll enjoy my classes because I provide modifications for everybody’s unique body.
Classes are Wed & Fri, 9-10am
