Come balance your day by beginning or ending it with yoga at WILLOWTREE in the lovely zendo upstairs. Tuesdays 6:30 - 7:30 pm and Thursdays 7:30 - 8:30 am. You will find a wonderful balance of movement, breath and meditation to both invigorate and relax. Mats and props provided.
