Makes 8 pancakes
1 ½ cup(s) pancake mix, we like gluten free
¾ cup milk of choice
½ cup maple syrup, grade b
3 tsp / 3 servings Dust
1 tbsp of soaked and blended chia seeds, or 1 egg
1 tbsp coconut oil
Whip ingredients together, then carry on as you do with pancake making. Top with maple syrup.
