Pick Me Up Patties

by Adrianna Lizarribar

These raw cacao patties are formulated with all the amazing medicinal properties found in Sun Potion Anandamide powder, Four Sigmatics Mushroom Matcha powder with ginger and Lions Mane, plus the wonder of Skinny Protein Powder by Your Super!

1 cup gated cacao butter
2-3 tablespoons honey
1 tsp vanilla extract Cacao Mix:
2 tablespoons Skinny Protein
2 tablespoons Anandamide
2 tsp Four Sigmatic Mushroom Matcha
1/2 cup raw cacao powder

Dash of salt and pepper to taste (optional)

To start, combine and whisk the ingredients for the “Cacao Mix” - set aside.

Melt the cacao butter in a double boiler, stir occasionally. Add in honey and allow to combine stirring gently. Then add vanilla.

Turn off stove top and add Cacao Mix into melted butter/honey/vanilla. Stir until completely liquified. Add salt and pepper to taste (this is optional!)

Divide into molds; tip- I like using silicon muffin containers to give the chocolate a shiny and smooth bottom!

Let the chocolate set in the freezer overnight. And keep stored in the fridge!

Skinny Protein by Your Super is a super versatile powder! It’s a combination of Pea Protein, Hemp Protein, Moringa, Spirulina, and Alfalfa. It’s great I’m smoothies, but also a wonderful addition in this chocolate recipe!

Four Sigmatics Mushroom Matcha Drink Mix is also another great unconventional ingredient. A total brain activator! Matcha is a potent source of caffeine and gives the body nourishing energy, an uplifted mood, and an overall boost to your brain chemistry. The Lions Mane is much the same, taken by Tibet Monks before meditation to increase their concentration.

These little patties have a dose of all things green to keep your blood and brain energized, mineralized, and alkalized.

A great snack for lunch!
